| Please read the following information: |
*Conditions for Ordering* are as follows: All online orders are conditional based on availability of product and timing of orders. All orders must be received & confirmed 1 hour before intended pick-up time. Please state your intended pick-up time in the comments box at check-out. All orders for groups over 6 must be received & confirmed 2 hours before scheduled pick up. No orders will be processed after 7:00 PM for the same business day. Customer must notify restaurant by phone when online order is placed. To contact Elmer's BBQ to confirm your order, phone 918-743-6702 from 10:00AM to 7:00PM, Monday through Saturday for same day business. Customers may order after 7:00PM Monday through Friday for next morning pick up. Orders cannot be processed for Monday morning pick up. Orders can be placed up to 1 week before scheduled pick up. - Elmer’s has the right to decline orders around major holidays and/or events that may have major impact on restaurant product inventory.
- All large orders may require additional planning and/or communication in order to process.
*Payment in advance* for large orders and groups over 6 is required prior to acceptance of order. Customers will be contacted by phone for all orders that cannot be processed in time frame desired by customer. To contact Elmer's BBQ by mail, email orders@elmersbbq.net . Elmers restaurant has the right to refuse or decline orders if criteria for order is not met. - Refund Policy:
We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation on large *payment in advance* orders, and will refund 50% of your purchase price.
There will be no refund for any cancellations not giving a 24 hour notice.
